Loretta White

My name is Loretta Mae White. I have been at the Oaks for the last seven years teaching and helping in the administrative area. I have been serving these past thirty years in the field of Christian education as an administrator and teacher. I am blessed to work with children and have seen the Lord do mighty wonders in their lives over the years. My primary goal this year is to help the school obtain accreditation status with South Carolina Independent School Association (SCISA). The school has a few months to get ready for the inspection visit. In addition, we are continuing to work on obtaining accreditation recognition through Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). For the past seven years I have also taught Pre-Algebra and Algebra.
Scripture tells us that we can do nothing without God. I choose to walk with Him, seek His direction, and follow His lead wherever that might take me. He is good and worthy of praise. Our lives are but for a moment. It will end and our work on earth complete. My prayer is that each of you understands the will of God for your life and that you will purposefully follow Him all the days of your life. Thank you for choosing the Oaks as a place where your child/student may continue on his/her walk to grow in wisdom, knowledge, and strength.

Trish Dubrule

Trish has several years of experience with the Oaks, having been a fourth grade teacher for 6 years as well as being a reading tutor.  After a two year stint in Texas, she’s back to fill a new role: Director of Teacher Support. In this role, Trish’s desire is to assist our teachers by providing resources necessary for effective instruction of our students. Trish’s main responsibilities this year include staff development, in-class observations/evaluations, analyzing standardized test results,  and assisting with meeting accreditation requirements.

Outside the school community, Trish is involved with missions in Africa and leads a marriage Bible study alongside her husband.

She lives in Summerville with her husband, Pete, and greatly misses her 21 year old “baby”,
Nathaniel, who lives in Colorado.
